Meditation & Classes

A vast, mysterious world.

It's always surprising to me as many years as I've been doing this that bringing our attention to our breath just that simple act can have such a profound effect. But, perhaps, it's not as surprising when we realize that the words breath and Spirit are the same in most languages throughout the world.

For hundreds if not thousands of years cultures have recognized that the breath is more than the pumping of air or oxygen through our body but is actually a gateway or a doorway into a vast and mysterious world. The breath isn't something that we take, it's something we receive.

If I were to ask you to listen to the classical music playing in the room right now you may say I'm not hearing any classical music playing and I would say well please listen very carefully because the music is playing right here right now and I would bring in a radio and I would dial in the classical music station and the room would be filled with classical music. The music didn't come in with the radio the radio was just a tuning instrument we human beings are tuning instruments with the capacity to tune into any vibration any frequency any level of consciousness so if we wanted to raise the vibration of the room that we were in right now we would have to bring anything from outside of the room into it we would just merely dial in the higher vibration from the potential that is already here now.

Prayer, Meditation, Contemplation, and Spiritual Exercises & The Way In is the Way Out

You can, in a very simple way, reach into the spiritual consciousness simply by saying to the Divinity, "Here I am. I'll follow wherever you lead."

You just let the Spirit flow in; that's the simplest way. It is also the most direct way and the most complete way. John-Roger, DSS.

The Tao of Spirit
A Way of Being

If we, indeed, pay attention,
even for one day out of our lifetime,
and we are, indeed, thoughtful and intuitive,
and we are watching very carefully
where we're putting our mind
and our emotions
and our body,
we might not get much done that day in the
physical, emotional, mental world,
but we would deliver ourselves
from eons of karma.

John-Roger, DSS

Incorporating a variety of activities to support us in being present here and now, this class takes us into a wise and deeper understanding of the beauty, the stillness, and unity of life. I designed this class so I could experience the relaxation and expansion that comes with being here and now. I invite you to join me on this journey.
